The Inn is a perfect location for small Board Meetings, Retreats, Incentives, and Destination Meetings. Summer groups can enjoy outdoor barbeques or semi-formal events at our 2-Acre park, on-site! Venues that can be reserved range from intimate meeting rooms to large parks, and banquet halls to party boats. Our convenient in-town location is blocks from Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort, and only a couple miles to 5 World-Class Casinos, and 2-Championship Golf Courses. Allow us to customize your event or choose one of our packages that will accommodate your group’s needs. The point is, after all, to relax and let a professional take care of your every need.
Our meeting coordinator will discuss your meeting needs, make recommendations and reserve your space. We also offer distinctive alternatives to the typical business or social event. Once we have determined the most suitable event plan a short and simple contract will be sent to your representative. Meeting packages for the Inn only are for a maximum of 13 Guestrooms. The cabins may be added for up to an additional 15 Guests. Offering a total of 28 guest rooms.

13 guests/couples may double occupy the Inn guestrooms for up to 26 guests at no additional lodging charge. As well as the cabins, for a total of 56 Guests Double Occupancy!
